Email and anti-spam policy

Analytix Mantra Private Limited operates Calandee. The office is A61/B4, Spring Meadows Business Park, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. Email questions go to support@analytixmantra.com.

Account email is mail required to run a clinic account, such as a reply to a support request or a notice about the account. Creating an account does not add that address to a promotional list.

If we send promotional email about Calandee, it includes an unsubscribe link. We do not email patients who booked a visit. Their name and phone are stored for the clinic, not for our mailing list.

The clinic address comes from the person who signed up or from someone updating that account. We do not buy, rent, or scrape addresses.

A clinic may not use Calandee, or the contact details collected through it, to send:

• email or messages to people who have not asked for them;
• purchased, rented, or scraped lists;
• mail with a false sender;
• mail after the person has opted out.

We may suspend an account that does this.

A promotional message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to support@analytixmantra.com from the address you want removed. Details are on the unsubscribe page. Mail that is required to secure an account is not a newsletter. Closing the account stops that mail.
