Analytix Mantra Private Limited operates Calandee. Questions go to support@analytixmantra.com. The office address is on the contact page.

From a clinic or hospital account: the contact name, email, password hash, place name, phone, address, timezone, and the doctors added to that account.

From a visitor or from the API: the patient name, phone, email, notes, status, and visit times the clinic or the visitor submits. A visitor does not get a login.

From the browser: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of the request. The sign-in session is stored in a cookie.

We use this information to run the panel, show open slots, store bookings, authenticate API keys, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information. We do not use a patient's phone or email for our own marketing.

We use a cookie to keep a clinic signed in. You can refuse cookies in the browser. The panel will not stay signed in without that cookie.

Hosting and database providers process the data only so we can run Calandee. They are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. If we send account email, the email provider receives the address and the message only to deliver it.

Account messages go to the email on the clinic account. How promotional mail is limited, and how to opt out, is in the email policy and the unsubscribe page.

We disclose information when the law, a court, or a competent authority requires it, or when it is necessary to protect the security of the service.

We process information in India. If you send information from outside India, you agree to that transfer.

Calandee is a tool for clinics, not a service directed at children. We do not knowingly collect account information from anyone under 13. A clinic that records a child's visit is responsible for doing so lawfully. Contact us if you believe we hold a child's account information and we will remove it.

We use ordinary commercial safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. Clinic and patient records stay while the account is open and for as long as we need them for the service, security, or a legal duty. A clinic may ask us to close the account.
