Terms & conditions
These terms cover use of Calandee by a clinic or hospital, and by a visitor who books a doctor without an account.
1. Who the parties are
Calandee is operated by Analytix Mantra Private Limited ("we"). A clinic or hospital that creates an account is the customer. A person who opens a doctor's public page and books a time is a visitor. The customer is responsible for the doctors, hours, and patient charts on that account.
2. The service
Calandee lets a customer add doctors, set when each doctor is free, keep a patient list, and accept bookings. Visitors choose an open slot and leave a name and phone. The customer may also send the same records through the API with a key issued to that account.
We provide the service with reasonable care. We do not promise that every page or API call will be available without interruption, or that a booked time is a confirmed medical appointment until the clinic accepts it in the way the clinic chooses.
3. Customer obligations
The customer agrees to:
- Give accurate account, clinic, and doctor details, and keep them current.
- Keep the password and API keys confidential, and revoke a key that is no longer trusted.
- Use the service only for lawful clinic operations.
- Collect and store patient details, including name, phone, and email, only with a valid basis under applicable law, and keep a record of that basis.
- Not send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, and not use visitor contact details for unsolicited marketing.
Email sent about the account is also covered by the email policy.
4. Visitors
A visitor does not create a Calandee login. The name and phone they submit are stored on the clinic's chart for that doctor. The clinic, not the visitor, manages that chart after the booking.
5. Support
Support for the Calandee product is available at support@analytixmantra.com during Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST. We support the product we operate. We do not support a clinic's own systems except for the documented API.
6. Changes
We may change these terms or the service. The updated terms are posted on this page and apply from the date shown at the top. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the update. Pricing or plan changes, if a paid plan is offered, will be notified before they apply.
7. Ending the account
The customer may stop using Calandee at any time and may ask us to close the account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates a security risk, or is required to be closed by law. On closure, the customer must stop using the API keys. Charges already incurred, if any, remain payable. Clauses that by their nature should survive, including confidentiality, liability limits, and data duties, stay in effect.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided as available. We do not warrant that bookings, free-time calculations, or API responses will be error-free or fit for a particular clinical decision. Clinical judgment stays with the clinic and its doctors.
9. Intellectual property
Calandee, its software, and its design remain our property or our licensors' property. The customer receives a limited right to use the service while the account is open. Patient records the customer submits remain the customer's data. We use that data only to run the service.
10. Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, except where the law does not allow that limit. Our total liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the fees the customer paid us for Calandee in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 10,000 if no fee was paid. This limit does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to fraud.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure caused by something outside its reasonable control, including utility failure, natural disaster, war, government action, or a failure of the public internet. The affected party will tell the other and will resume when it reasonably can. If the event lasts more than two months, the other party may end the account.
12. Confidentiality and patient data
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform these terms. The customer is responsible for a lawful basis to collect patient details. We process those details to host the panel, the booking page, and the API, and we do not sell them. More detail is in the privacy policy.
13. Relationship
These terms do not create a partnership, employment, or agency. We may name a customer as a Calandee user in ordinary marketing unless the customer asks us in writing not to.
14. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are first discussed in good faith. If they are not resolved, they are referred to a sole arbitrator in Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language is English. A party may still seek urgent injunctive relief from a court to protect its data or intellectual property.
